Describe: This art piece is a painting of a man laying on a bed after it looks like he has killed himself. In this picture the man painted in it is holding a gun and there is a bloody spot on his side of his stomach.
Analyze: This art piece is more abstract looking but not many shapes are in it. The paint strokes in the art looks smooth and you can still see some of the paint strokes. Their isnt a variety of colors in this art. The colors this art piece consist of is mostly dark colors which gives it a darker value. Their is not much detail in the picture. The mans face isnt really defined well neither is the other objects in the picture.
Interpret: This art was probably painted of a man who has committed suicide. Hes laying on the bed and holding a gun. I would say that this picture is a serious picture. Not ment to make fun of anything because suicide is a serious topic.
Judge: For some odd reason i like this piece of art. Im not saying its a good thing what the painting represents but i do like it. The piece is very successful because the messege it has.

What is a melodrama?
A Melodrama is an entertainment such as plays, films, and tv shows in which emotions are exaggerated. Usually the plot and characters are exaggerated with emotions. Some examples of melodramas are Soap Operas. Soap Operas use excessive amounts of emotions in there acting and ususally are about love and mysterys! They always have someone being murdered or cheating is usually happening in every episode.

Spring Break
My spring break was not the most fun spring break i have had. I worked every day of the break besides Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It was pretty boring for the most part. I got to hang with some of my friends a little before i went to work everyday but no for long. The first sunday of the break was busy. I had to work 1:15 to 10:00 which was tiresome but moneys is money! For the rest of the break it was steady some oh same oh. I got my prom dress in evensville. Which was kinda excting because i got to get it with my grandma. She had just came back from florida after being there for three months. I missed her so much. Shes my best friend!!! But friday i got to go to one of my past teachers house. Paula Humphreys. We had a fire and roasted hotdogs and we made Apple Dumplings which are the most amazing thing you can eat. I love making those at her house. It was the only fun i had over the break really. We played games and poole, which im am no good at haha. We also did minute to win it games and took tons of pictures. Saturday i pretty much just chilled around the house and watched movies. Sunday was the same. Except i went to get my nails done for the first time!

Mozarts Death
Mozarts Death. Was it a murder, accident or disease? It is said that Mozart died on the 5th of December at 1 am. He had fallen ill weeks before untill one day the great musician suffered a convulsion, lapsed into a coma and died at the age of 35 years old. The physicains who examined his body found no foul play. But the theory remains on how he died. Without a body to use they couldnt figure out what happened to him. Mozart's body was never autopsied by his physician, and thanks to his third-class funeral and exhumation and subsequent shuffling about, his remains are now lost to modern researchers as well. Some say he died of strepthroat. Also other theories are that Antonio Salieri was the one who killed Mozart due to his jeliousy. Some theories say that he died of a disease including Uremia, which has to do with kidney failure.

1. Thoughts that i had while sketching this photo is that first i have no idea how to draw myself without some help by looking into the mirror. Also i thought about how can i make my face porportional with both sides.

Colors of a Crazy World
This piece of art looks kinda like grafitti. There are many colors and you cant really tell whats in the picture. Art elements that stand out in this piece are color. There is many colors in this piece that make it very intruiging. Other elements that stand out is line and shapes. Also their is lots of vaule in this picture with the thick black outlines and then the colors added to it. I think this picture may represent someones feelings or what they are thinking. The world is a crazy place and the colors inside it may represent those things. I like this piece of art. Its very Unique and i love how all the colors go together.

1. Art elements that jump out at me in this picture is the colors. The red umbrella stands out from the trees and snow.
2. I think this is a unique photo. I like how all of the picture focuses on the red umbrella. It draws you in.

Extended Weekend
This weekend i wasnt really involved with much music, dance or theater. I mostly worked but i did find some knew bands i like and i went to the movies. I guess you could say the movie theater includes in the arts. I went to see No Strings Attached. It was a really funny movie. The entire audiance was laughing a bunch. I loved it so much id pay money to see it again:) Dance affected me a little over the extended weekend. My friend and I at work would say "random dancing" and we would start dancing silly when it was slow. lol it was silly but we had loads of fun. There wasnt really anything interesting that happend over the minivacation. Like i said all i did was work. But saturday must have been lets be rude to caley day! because i had tons of rude customers that day. It upsets me that someone can be that unhappy and mean that they have to take it out on someone who was nice to begin with. But other then that, my extended weekend was great!

Prezi
Prezi is an online presintaion site. You can make all kinds of prezis and have different looks to it. Prezi is different from power point because it has a 3d effect to it and it zooms in and out instead of changing slides.
When you are making a Prezi make sure you know where your stuff is at. If you zoom in too far and dont have a path set you may forget where you had it. Another tip would be to not make it too busy. sometimes the person who is watching your prezi may get dizzy or lost in all the stuff. The last tip i can give you is to have fun with it! make it your own because theres so much you can do with it! :)

Think Fast
A time that i had to think fast was when my sisters and i were making brownies and ashley let go of the oven handle so it shut and her towl that she was holdidng fell in. A first we were shocked and didnt know what to do because the towl caught on fire. We were all screaming Oh my god! So i opened the oven fast and picked the towl up by and threw it into the sink with water. Thank goodness the house didnt catch on fire!
When im under pressure i usually start to get mad at people or i get really frustrated. Sometimes when im at work when we have loads of customers and im the only cashier, the customers get frustrated with me, i usually just stand there and dont talk. I try and work as fast as i can. I sometimes can adapt well in changing circumstances depending on what the circumstance is!

Christmas Break
My favorite experience over the christmas break was when i went christmas caroling to nursing homes with Mrs. Humpherys and the church i use to go to. We sang to members of the church who can no longer go because of their age. It was a wonderful experience. Some of the elders in the nursing homes would sing along with us and were so happy to see us there. Although some couldnt talk, you knew that it ment so much to them just be looking into their eyes. After the caroling we went out to dinner and had loads of interesting conversations. It was a lot of fun and i cant wait to tag along next year and bring joy to those who need it the most!
